All purchases will be sent express courier 5 day door to door tracked delivery dispatched from our warehouse in Australia. Due to the impact of Covid-19 virus there may be some delivery delays. There is no duty or taxes for purchases delivered to Singapore under the value of SGD $400. Purchases over the value of SGD $400 will be subject to import VAT. For other destinations import duty and VAT may be payable. Customs clearance and any associated costs that may arise in the destination country will be the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend purchasing the sample size of our products so that testing and trials can be conducted to confirm the products suitability to your requirements prior to purchasing larger quantities. Product returns will only be accepted for unopened products. Cost for returning products is at the expense of the purchaser. Original delivery cost will be deducted from the refund for returned products. If there are any issues with our products refunds will be gladly made in accordance with the Natural Vanilla refund policy.
