This Baked Vanilla Custard Tart is everything we love about this season, a buttery shortcrust shell, a silky smooth custard, and those gorgeous little black specks that only come from real vanilla paste.

One teaspoon of our vanilla paste does what no extract can replicate. You see it. You smell it. You taste the difference.

→ Preheat oven to 160°C
→ Blind bake your shell until golden
→ Whisk 4 egg yolks, 300ml cream, 2 tbsp caster sugar + 1 tsp Natural Vanilla paste
→ Pour, bake 35 mins until just set
→ Rest. Slice. Enjoy.
